WTNB Alerts for our Retail (non-business) Customers
WTNB’s new Alert System within Mobiliti and Online Banking will provide a real-time smart phone, email or wearable device alert notifying you of:
- Bank Closures (due to Federal Holidays and other)
- Website/Online System Updates and Other Unavailability Issues
- Debit Card Purchases
- ATM Withdrawals
- Checks Cleared
- ACH Deposits
- Account Balance Thresholds (drop or overage in)
- Password updates
You will be able to select the level of notifications, including the timing of such notifications received.
To begin receiving these notifications, you must enroll in WTNB Alerts to receive text notifications.
NOTE: If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking Alerts or Mobiliti’s Alerts, you will want to DISENROLL and then enroll in the WTNB Alerts to avoid receiving duplicative messaging. Please see the attached FAQ’s.
